The Thursday Thimblers, one of our small groups issued a challenge to themselves. A member of our group issued a challenge to use packets of gingham fabrics that were given out by the community service committee. The challenge was to piece and quilt small quilts for children by the July meeting with our reward being a "dutch" treat lunch. Challenge met and accomplished!

It is always so rewarding to see the donation fabric not only come back finished and delightful, but to see what has been created by the kind hearts and hands that proudly show their quilts at Show 'n' Tell.
