July 10th 2008 - Salute to the Bees

We challenge the bees (small groups) to strut their stuff! Show us what you are doing together as a group and how much fun you are having!



August 8th 2008 - Cynthia England

Beautiful landscape quilts pieced completely with straight lines are Cynthia’s specialty. She is a delightful quilter and excellent teacher. Her lecture will be "Making a Pictorial Quilt". Happiness Is...Quilting in McKinney is having a trunk show of her quilts displayed July 29 - September 3.



September 11th 2008 - Lisa Erlandson

Lisa is an AQS Certified Appraiser of Quilted Textiles, quilt restorer, and quilt historian. Her lecture will be "Orphan Quilts: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly".



October 9th 2008 - Teri DeBolt

A wonderful quilting teacher at area Bernina shops. Teri is known for machine-work. Come see what she can do...and what you will be able to also.



November 13th 2008 - Sally Collins

Sally Collins is an award-winning quiltmaker, teacher and author who has been quilting since 1978 and teaching since 1985. Her quilts range in size from small to wall size. She is most recognized for her quality workmanship, and attention to detail. Lecture TBA.

Past Programs
