The Quilters Guild of Plano is proud to have within its membership, talented quilters who volunteer to serve the educational needs of organizations within the Plano community. As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, the purpose of the Guild is to:
- Preserve the heritage of quilting
- Promote the knowledge and understanding of quilting
- Provide opportunities for continuing education among those interested in the art of quilting
If your organization would like to schedule a quilting event, simply contact the Education Chair of the Guild by email or you can mail a request to the Guild’s P.O. Box. See our Contact Us page for email addresses and mailing address.
Because the Guild is an all volunteer organization, your requests must be received a minimum of 60 days prior to your planned event date.

Once a request is received, you will be contacted to get your input as to the best program for your organization. The Guild will confirm 30 days prior to the scheduled request date, whether sufficient volunteers are available to carry out the program. Send request to:
